The hotel was in an old building which gave it character but fitted with modern furnishings and amenities. I loved the whole vibe as each room was unique. The staff were INCREDIBLE. So very helpful and accommodating. We had an issue at check in that they resolved better than any five star hotel would. The location was outstanding as was the breakfast. Truly a perfect stay

Great staff! Location is perfect, walking distance to a great selection of restaurants, cafes and other tourist attractions ! The room is wonderful . Super clean and amazing breakfast. The hotel can’t guarantee an early check-in and I wasn’t able to confirm before my arrival . The lady on the reception ( sorry forgot her name) was super kind and amazing. She helped us with early check in and truly went the extra miles with the help of her manager and hotel staff to provide a room for us as soon as one becomes available . My kids and I were very tired and this was like the best gift we received. Thanks again for your hospitality. We felt very welcomed!

I recently stayed at Radisson Blu 1919 hotel with my friend, and we were blown away by the exceptional hospitality we received. In particular, one of the male receptionist at the front desk was outstanding. His friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and willingness to help made our stay truly special. He took the time to understand our needs, provided excellent recommendations, and ensured we had a smooth check-in and check-out process. His customer service skills are top-notch, and we felt valued and appreciated throughout our stay. The room was beautiful and huge! The bathroom was practical and spacious, the bed was so comfortable, and the pillows were nice and firm! I slept very soundly! To me, it was the most comfortable bed and pillow we had on our whole two week trip. The front desk staff was also amazing! They were efficient with check-in and check-out, they took our bags, while confidently assuring us they would not be lost in the sea of luggage that was in the lobby for a soon to be leaving cruise(!), and helped us book a taxi to the bus terminal in advance. (I'm so sorry I missed your name but THANK YOU!) The location was also very convenient.

The bar undergoing renovations meaning complimentary drinks were put on which was really great and we appreciated very much. Lovely comfy beds and great showers. The range and quality of food available for breakfast was also fantastic.

Staff were great, all of them helpful when needed as well. Enjoyed breakfast, a nice bar in the evening, WiFi was free and quick, room spacious and comfortable, and the location was perfect with everything needed close by

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic, especially being so close to the harbor, which was a huge bonus for the trips we had booked. It made getting to our excursions incredibly convenient and added to the overall ease of our stay. The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The dining experience was equally impressive, with delicious meals that exceeded our expectations. From the prime location to the excellent service and top-notch dining, this hotel truly enhanced our trip.
